Paris Won't Appeal  —  Paris Hilton has issued the following statement:  —  "Today I told my attorneys not to appeal the judge's decision.  While I greatly appreciate the Sheriff's concern for my health and welfare, after meeting with doctors I intend to serve my time as ordered by the judge.

Eyewitness Says "Paris Is Doing Better"  —  An X17 eyewitness told us today that there was a noticable improvement in Paris' demeanor this afternoon.  Perhaps not coincidentally, Paris released a statement (read it after the jump) saying that she would NOT appeal Judge Sauer's decision to have her finish her 45-day sentence in jail.

Paris NOT Pissed Off  —  One way to slim down: Hilton was so scared that a photo might be taken of her on the toilet that she didn't eat or drink for three days.  A source told the Daily News, "She was absolutely terrified that one of the guards or staffers would get her with the cell-phone cam and it would wind up on the Internet."
