Britney Spears Hospitalized Again for Evaluation  —  Britney Spears was hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center for a psychiatric hold early Thursday morning, after being transported by ambulance from her Studio City home around 1 a.m.  —  An LAPD source tells PEOPLE: “Spears was escorted by police and is on her way to get help.”

Britney Officially on Psychiatric Hold  —  Law enforcement sources tell TMZ a L.A. County Superior Court judge has just signed a “5150,” meaning Britney Spears is on a three-day psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center.  —  We're told there is a “good possibility” that it will be extended to 14 days.

Spears hospitalized for ‘mental health’  —  In the second time in a month, the pop star has been physically removed from her home by police.  —  Los Angeles Police officers physically removed pop star Britney Spears from her home early today, placing the troubled celebrity on a “mental health evaluation hold,” authorites said.
