Britney Spears Hospitalized Again for Evaluation  —  Britney Spears was hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center for a psychiatric hold early Thursday morning, after being transported by ambulance from her Studio City home around 1 a.m.  —  An LAPD source tells PEOPLE: “Spears was escorted by police and is on her way to get help.”

Britney Officially on Psychiatric Hold  —  Law enforcement sources tell TMZ a L.A. County Superior Court judge has just signed a “5150,” meaning Britney Spears is on a three-day psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center.  —  We're told there is a “good possibility” that it will be extended to 14 days.

Britney's Back In the Hospital!  —  A rush of ambulances, a convoy of cop cars, and an onslaught of reporters descended upon Britney Spears' Beverly Hills Home last night in an almost identical scene to the January 3 incident when Britney refused to relinquish custody of her son, but this time it was a much graver situation.
